Looking for ways to get a better sleep? We understand how rare it is to get a good night’s rest these days, especially with the holidays coming up. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Amatara Wellness Resort in Phuket and Six Senses Koh Samui to share some simple everyday Thai-inspired practices that will enhance your well-being and enable you to achieve a more peaceful sleep.
On November 24th at 9:00 pm (EST), we’ve planned an evening of relaxation with wellness experts, Orsolya ‘Orsi’ Kinka from Amatara Wellness Resort in Phuket and Keerana ‘Kae’ Sripongpanku, Wellness and Spa Director from Six Senses Koh Samui. Each expert will guide us through Thai-inspired techniques that will help us calm the mind and prepare for a night of restful sleep, including Yoga Nidra by Orsi, which is a powerful yoga designed to calm the body through body awareness, as well as guided breathing practices by Kae to help you reach a state of deep relaxation. You can either follow along (we recommend having a yoga mat or soft surface to practice on) or learn and follow along later (all attendees will receive a recording of the event).
These two wellness practices combined will be the perfect addition to your nightly routine. Your body, mind, and soul will thank you for it.
