After receiving rave reviews in New York, the unique My Thailand My Story photo exhibit will head to Washington D.C. for another round of admiration. The upcoming photo exhibit will be held at the Royal Thai Embassy in Washington D.C. on May 4, 2013.
So what is this exhibit all about? My Thailand, My Story photo exhibit is a joint partnership between National Geographic and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), New York, showcasing captivating images from the Land of Smiles.
The exhibit features a unique collection of photographs from exotic Thailand. Documenting the amazing sights of the kingdom are seven winning photographers who traveled on a weeklong trip to Bangkok, Phuket and Chiang Mai.
The images to be showcased at the D.C. exhibit include photos by the contest winner Yen Baet, National Geographic’s Alison Wright and photographers Bernardo Medina, Jinesh Aravindakshan Remadevi, Vijay Aitha and Donnie Sexton.
